What happens if my payment fails?

School of Motion will automatically charge the card that you have on file on the due date of your payment plan. If your card fails for any reason at that time, we will make two more attempts to charge your card. If all three attempts to charge your card fail, you will lose access to your course until you submit your payment again.

If you need to change payment methods, you can update your card by navigated to the Payment and Billing section in your profile. https://www.schoolofmotion.com/profile/

If you have lost access due to a payment plan failure, you must contact support@schoolofmotion.com to have your payment plan reinstated.
