Where can I update my billing information?

To update your billing information.

  1. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of your dashboard

  2. Select Account & Billing from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Manage Billing & Subscription.

  4. Click Add payment methods, enter your billing details into the required fields, and click Add to save it.


How long do I have access to the courses after purchasing?

The All-Access program is a yearly subscription and you’ll have access to all of our courses for as long as you remain subscribed. Your subscription will automatically renew after one year.


Can I get a refund?

You can request a refund by contacting our support team within 30 days of purchasing your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Will I lose access if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription before it renews you’ll lose access to the courses one year after the date you first purchased your subscription.
