Where can I update my billing information?

To update your billing information.

  1. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of your dashboard

  2. Select Account & Billing from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Manage Billing & Subscription.

  4. Click Add payment methods, enter your billing details into the required fields, and click Add to save it.


How long do I have access to the courses after purchasing?

The All-Access program is a yearly subscription and you’ll have access to all of our courses for as long as you remain subscribed. Your subscription will automatically renew after one year.


Can I get a refund?

You can request a refund by contacting our support team within 30 days of purchasing your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by going to your profile icon in the top right corner, selecting the Account & Billing menu, selecting Manage Billing & Subscription at the top of the page, and following the cancellation instructions on the next page.

Will I lose access if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have access to your courses until the end of your current billing cycle — one year from the date you first signed up or last renewed. After that date, your access to the course content will end.

What happens to my data when I cancel?

When you cancel your School of Motion subscription, your access to the courses will end — but if you decide to come back later, your course progress and credentials will still be here waiting for you!

What if I want to delete my account entirely?

If you’d like to permanently delete your School of Motion account, we can help with that.

To request account deletion, please email us at support@schoolofmotion.com from the email address associated with your account.

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent. This will erase your course progress, credentials, and all associated data. If you return in the future, your account cannot be recovered.

If you’re just looking to cancel your subscription and keep your account for later, you don’t need to delete anything — we’ll safely store your progress and credentials for you.
