I lost access to my course. What happened?
If you are enrolled in a course and lost access to your course content, more than likely, you purchased the course with a payment plan and your scheduled payment had failed.
This could be due to your bank or credit card company blocking the payment. We would suggest contacting them directly to make sure they are not blocking the charge. You can also update your billing information and change your debit/credit card for immediate access.
Once you're ready to update your billing information, you can go into your account settings here and add your card details.
Please keep in mind that you can only use a debit/credit card to purchase a course under a payment plan. PayPal is not an acceptable payment method for payment plans.
