Why is my video quality dropping while it plays?

If you're not having trouble with your network or internet connection, the video quality may be set to auto. To change the quality on your player, click on where it says 1080p on the player. If it's set to auto on the menu that appears, select 1080p and refresh the page. It should then play properly.
